INTRODUCTION:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is focused on managing incoming emails, questions, returns, and providing excellent customer support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, specifically in the dietary supplement industry.

This position is part-time with a potential to transition to full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner

- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively

- Processing returns and exchanges according to company policies

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Providing product information and recommendations to customers

- Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or dietary supplement industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in using email, Shopify, and customer support software

- Generally available to answer customer service tickets during 9-5pm USA EST hours
