QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or dietary supplement industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using
