Wise Guys is a fulfillment agency. We know eCommerce inside out, so whatever the niche, whatever the product, we go all-in to make our client’s eCommerce business a success. We are in the middle of a relaunch, but already have the opportunity to work together with people from all over the world. We are ambitious and base our teamwork on trust and expertise. Right now, what we need is an experienced VA/Account manager.

Your responsibility
In this position you are primarily solving issues for our clients. You are also responsible for project management (in Notion). You help with getting everything smooth for the clients, like their supply chain. You make sure the orders get sent out in time and if the client is unsatisfied you know how to make the client happy again. So basically you can ensure we achieve desired outcomes for our clients on time. If you notice bottlenecks, you will ring the alarm, so our team lead(s) can take action swiftly. After you tried to solve it yourself.

Important: you need to ensure we keep our promises and deliver the quality service the clients deserve.

What you bring
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a VA
- Experience with working within the eCommerce industry
- Understand the needs of an eCommerce webshop owner (our target audience)
- Worked with Notion/Clickup
- Have the analytical skill for creating business performance reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- A real eye for details and problem solving
- Are used to communicate and collaborate in a team of multiple people
- Fluent English proficiency in writing and speaking
- In possession of fast internet and a good phone
