We're on the lookout for an IT specialist who thrives in the intersection of AI-driven content creation and customer support, with a keen interest in blockchain and AI technologies. 1. Your Role:
1) AI-Driven Content Specialist: Focus on shaping and refining AI-generated content for the blockchain and AI sectors. Your responsibilities include editing AI-crafted drafts into compelling blog posts and social media content that aligns with our audience's interests.

2) AI Helpdesk Technical Specialist: Be the first point of contact for users navigating our Chingu AI service, solving problems, collecting feedback, and collaborating across teams to improve our offerings.

3) Email Marketing and Automation: We use Brevo Tool for Email Marketing and Automation purposes. ( ---------- )

4) Community Engagement: Beyond content and support, you'll occasionally manage client meetings, connect with influencers, and engage in marketing collaborations.

2. We Expect:
- 3+ years experience in managing and refining AI-generated content, with a background in IT customer support.
- Strong foundation in blockchain and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in AI content tools and Microsoft Office Suite, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities and the independence to manage diverse tasks.

3. Working Conditions:
Location: Remote, necessitating a stable internet connection for seamless online communication.
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, inclusive of a 1-hour break.
