JOB OVERVIEW

- Assisting with our partnerships with our clients.
- Following up with each customer after their appointment to ensure satisfaction. If satisfied, asking for referrals and reviews. If not, resolving the situation, including editing requests, reshoots, giving credit, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Submitting editing requests, floor plan changes/updates, and video editing requests to the appropriate channels
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for customer success
- Demonstrating fluency with the company portal
- Logging customer notes, complaints, and feedback directly to Hubspot and maintaining accurate notes and data within the HubSpot CRM
- Assisting with customer scheduling and booking
- Assisting with calls and texts on the main line
- Sending client deliverables and ensuring that services are being moved and notes are being added to the portal
- Creating client single listing websites on RelaHQ
- Ensuring files get sent to customers on weekend dates
- Possessing a general understanding of Quickbooks for client billing.
- Assisting in keeping track of referrals from clients
- Preparing shoot guides for creative specialists
- Creating YouTube thumbnails and uploading our videos to YouTube.
- Handling Virtual Staging Requests.
- Requesting airspace for Drone Operations.
- Contacting clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information once bookings are made
-Proactively reaching out to real estate agents to promote and sell our services, including:
- Identifying potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of prospects through Hubspot.
- Conducting cold calls and emails to generate interest and set up meetings, min 50 per day to start.
- Presenting our services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
