Marketing Consultant

The character's goals
- Assist in formulating and implementing the company's brand strategy
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve near- and long-term business goals by identifying and executing process, content, and lead improvements
- Prepare marketing campaign reports and plan metrics for success
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results and consumer trends
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools including credential databases, trackers, global contact directories and intranets
- Accumulate knowledge and education through seminars, research, regular education and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing strategy upgrades with tea members to view actual information

Responsibilities
- Research market trends, customer behavior and competitor situations and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
- Support the Marketing Director in developing and evaluating marketing strategies by integrating sales forecasts, setting targets, organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars
- Communicate campaign goals, timelines and deliverables to the sales team and provide usage and promotional instructions
- Plan meetings, events, conferences and trade shows by identifying needs, making connections, developing timelines and tasks, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all materials are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Continuously source new sources of lead data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
