- Paying for anything that makes the job easier: Stock asset websites, music/audio websites, green-screen effect tools, some computer equipment, etc

To be on the team editing trailers like this

You need to be able to do 3 things:
1. Edit like an expert (clean transitions, fx, timings, etc)
2. Pick cool b-roll that fits what the speakers are saying (even when they’re talking about business topics)
3. Communicate with our team via Slack and Frame (we don’t do meetings)

If you can do those 3 things, you will have a great time here for years to come. We have a long-term mindset about our team.

Animation skills in After Effects would be a bonus, but they are not strictly required, so long as you can edit trailers like the examples. You need to be great with Premiere Pro though.
