BikeSportz Imports Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of bicycle parts, accessories and nutrition. Due to rapid business growth, we currently have a full-time eCommerce Customer Service Coordinator position available.

About the role:
Have a passion for cycling? We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-passed distributor. If you are results-driven, hard working and have a passion for cycling this is the perfect role.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring all online orders including fraud checks and dispatch
- Customer service through multiple channels (email, chat, social) and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, delivery consistent brand experience and tone of voice across all customer communications
- Handle customer enquiries relating to warranties, returns, product information, order exchanges/refunds, crash replacement warranties, stock requests etc.
- Managing B2B and B2C customer enquiries relating to warranties, returns, repairs and technical support across all brands
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations and Warehouse to ensure orders are processed, customer queries are actioned and customer experience is maximised
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data is accurate across market places
