Primary Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Specialist:

-Handle Amazon cases, account health, and performance notifications
-Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via phone and email to find the best solutions
-Updating Product Listings on Amazon/Salesforce/Shopify/ShipStation
-Bullet Points
-Pricing
-Descriptions
-Images
-Warehouse Locations
-Work cross-functionally to make new products live on Amazon and Shopify (SKU creation, description, size charts, images)
-Regularly conduct website audits & maintenance to make sure all information is up to date and that website functionality is working as expected
-Update and maintain lists, spreadsheets, collection sheets
-Implement promotions and price changes

Requirements:

-Data Entry & Analysis
-Microsoft Excel
-Attention to detail
-Amazon Seller Central experience required. Must be familiar with Browse Tree Guide, Inventory File Templates, and Category Listings Reports
-Salesforce experience required
-Shopify experience preferred
-Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
-Ability to work and communicate with a team
