Social Media Manager

We are seeking a long term creative Media Manager to join our team!(skincare light therapy brand)

As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice, tone, and moderator of our brand across social media platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, interacting with industry professionals, exploring emerging trends, and leveraging influencer partnerships to amplify our brand's presence.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling and innovative content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand's voice.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, industry professionals, and potential customers through social media platforms to foster a positive community and add value to user interactions.
Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of current and emerging social media trends as well as industry developments to inform our social media strategy.
Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers and thought leaders in our field to expand our brand reach and credibility.
Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics on social media platforms to gauge effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee promotional social media campaigns, coordinating with other departments to ensure cohesive branding.
Crisis Management: Monitor and respond to social media mentions, addressing any concerns or criticisms in a professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications:
- You must have experience in the field, preferably experience with video editing to create reels, shorts and repurpose media content
- Excellent reading skills
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Strong creative skills
