Writer for Daily Email Newsletter Publisher

18-year-old US company with a technically-strong, tenured Filipino team is expanding.

We are automating a 17 year old email newsletter system to speed production and scale our three email newsletters. We need someone who has a wide variety of writing and primary strengths including:
- Penning romantic, relationship-based stories.
- Copywriting strong calls to action.
- Providing synopsis of medical research in the sexual wellness niche.
- Using provided “swipe” files to generate interest in affiliate offers

Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality, original email newsletters, and other forms of engaging, informative content that align with our business objectives, and the company's voice as a respected authority in the intimacy, relationship, love, and wellness niche.
- Optimize all content for engagement and moving the email subscribers to action.
- Analyze content performance and adapt strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, email team, web developers, and social media team to ensure content aligns with broader company goals and user experience standards.
- Pen romantic, relationship-based stories and provide engaging synopses of medical research in the sexual wellness niche.
- Write compelling copy with strong calls to action, using provided "swipe" files to generate interest in affiliate offers.
- Suggest prompts for graphics to complement your copy.
- Experience and working knowledge of prompt generation for ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging services in the AI space.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a talented writer with exceptional attention to detail and understanding of the intended audience as evidenced with a portfolio of past writing experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and use data to inform content strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to write in the style of American English.
- Training or experience in long-form online, direct-to-consumer copywriting structures is a bonus.
- Ability to flourish in a very fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position. All employees must use TimeDoctor and average 40 hours per week to keep their full-time status and benefits.
