Web Programmer / Analysist

We are a successful real estate firm based on the west side of the United States that primarily represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Over the past several years we have helped between 75 and 100 transactions each year. I am independently developing web based products for other real estate companies.

I am a programmer myself but do not have the time to complete the large number of tasks which I and our team needs to have completed.

Ideally I will find someone who has all of the skills I need. In that case it will be a permanent full time position that will grow over time.

If I cannot find someone who is skilled in all areas I need I am likely to hire multiple people. In which case the work may not be full time.

Schedule
This position will offer a combination of fixed and flexible hours. Required work hours are Mon – Thr 9am to noon Pacific Time with the reminder of 40 hours being flexible.
You will receive the same vacation and sick time allowances as our on-site employees and there will be a yearend bonus on December 15th.
Unpaid time off beyond allowed vacation and sick time may be available in some cases at the discretion of your supervisor.

Responsibilities / Tasks
Creating new programs, maintaining existing programs
Migrating our existing team website to WordPress and maintaining it
Creating a new CRM for our team using LAMP

Required Experience
You should have at least 4 years of full time programming experience.

Compensation
Monthly pay will be negotiable depending on skills and prior experience with monthly. Payments will be made on the 1st and 15th of each month with an end of year bonus paid on Dec 15th.
