We’re looking for an experienced **YouTube Channel Manager** who understands that YouTube is no longer just about views and entertainment — it’s about **building authority, generating leads, and attracting solution-seeking audiences**.

Our content is designed for people actively searching for answers, strategies, and opportunities — not casual viral entertainment. We need someone who understands how to position YouTube content to attract high-intent viewers and turn attention into measurable business results.

## What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Creating SEO and AI-search-driven YouTube content strategies
* Improving underperforming videos by optimizing:

* Titles
* Thumbnails
* Descriptions
* Tags
* Hooks and retention
* Analyzing:

* Average % Viewed
* Audience retention
* CTR
* Viewer drop-off
* Performance vs. channel averages
* Helping our production team create videos that retain viewers and generate leads
* Repurposing YouTube content into short-form social media content for:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* Shorts/Reels
* Using AI tools to accelerate content optimization and workflows
* Supporting content distribution and visibility across platforms

## Required Experience

* Proven experience managing or growing YouTube channels
* Strong understanding of:

* YouTube SEO
* Audience retention
* Click-through optimization
* Content packaging
* Viewer psychology
* Experience with:

* vidIQ and/or TubeBuddy
* Keyword research tools
* Analytics interpretation
* Basic video editing skills
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization
