We are a successful real estate firm based on the west side of the United States that primarily represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Over the past several years we have helped with between 75 and 100 transactions each year. We are now looking for several new highly capable team members with positive can-do attitudes to help our company grow in 2017.

Our team is currently 7 people, some of whom work on-site and some who work off-site. We use a combination of communication technologies to stay connected and supportive of each other. We plan on growing our company significantly in the next 12 months and your help will be critical to our success. This will be a long term position with our company and we will expect you to grow along with us. Our team consists of resourceful people who can often figure out how to do things on their own but are not afraid to ask for help when needed.

Schedule
This position will offer a combination of fixed and flexible hours. Required work hours are Mon – Fri 9am to noon Pacific Time with the reminder of 40 hours being flexible. Certain daily tasks will need to be accomplished between 9pm and 7am on our weekdays.
You will receive the same vacation and sick time allowances as our on-site employees and there will be a year end bonus on December 15th.
Unpaid time off beyond allowed vacation and sick time may be available in some cases at the discretion of your supervisor.

Responsibilities / Tasks
The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist our management with organizing, managing and researching buyer and seller leads and our past contacts. You will be responsible for some follow-up by email but mainly you will be maintaining our databases and our information in a state that will increase the efficiency of our on-site sales staff. Part of this will be researching and gathering additional information from other websites and combining that with our existing information.

Required Experience
You should have experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably working in the US real estate market. If you have experience in managing leads and working with buyer and seller leads all the better.

Additional details will be provided to selected candidates and these will depend, to some extent, on your specific experience and skills.

Compensation
Monthly pay will be negotiable depending on skills and prior experience with monthly. Payments will be made on the 1st and 15th of each month with an end of year bonus paid on Dec 15th.
Payment will be through payments.ph.
