Position Overview:
As our Operations Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring the efficiency of our database management, lead generation, dialer operations, and document organization. You will work closely with our sales and acquisitions team to streamline workflows, clean up data, and implement systems that enhance productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Clean up and maintain our database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Systemize lead generation processes to improve the efficiency of our sales pipeline.
Manage and optimize our dialer system for maximum productivity and effectiveness.
Organize and streamline data storage systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
Create and maintain documentation outlining standard operating procedures for various tasks.
Assist in the implementation of new software tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
