Hi, I'm Ricky Jones a growth operator. I essentially am looking for someone to go above and beyond with. Someone who wants to create a personal brand and be the face of it. Confidence in front of the camera, MASTERY of any niche that's important to you. It has to be teachable to others. Making 2-3 videos daily about that very niche. Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

Content Planning: Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels. Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content planning.

Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries across various platforms—Foster positive interactions with the audience to build community and strengthen brand loyalty.

SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices. Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to improve content visibility and search rankings.

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and create compelling content tailored to each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Monitor social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Promotion: Collaborate with me to develop promotional strategies for content distribution.

Content Analytics: Analyze content performance metrics such as social media engagement, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine content strategies and optimize future content efforts.

Content Trends: Stay informed about content marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new content formats and distribution channels.
