Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Sales Representative to oversee and manage our company's social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong sales and communication skills with a hustle mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Post engaging content tailored to our target market
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers' comments, messages, and mentions.
Consistently send messages daily to potential leads (found by the sales rep)
Daily Messaging:
Send a minimum of 100 messages per day across 3-4 company social media accounts
Engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers to foster relationships and drive business growth.
Follow a sales script:
Utilize sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate leads and opportunities.
Drive sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Work on a commission-based structure to achieve sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
Familiar with how to navigate Instagram,
Exceptional written English
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is preferred.
Ability to work 6 days a week and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
