Conversion Rate Optimization Expert

## Job Description

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist for Sbenati Dentistry (& other businesses) will be responsible for driving strategies to convert website visitors into patients for our dental clinic. You will work with analytics and testing tools to analyze the performance of the website and identify areas to optimize.

## **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to convert online visitors into patients
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance and optimize conversion rates
- Develop A/B testing strategies and analyze results to improve patient acquisition
- Work closely with other teams (such as marketing and clinic administration) to ensure strategies align with the goals of the dental business

## Qualifications

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry is preferred but NOT a must
- Minimum proven 3 years experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads;
- Has built and understands funnels (has done Clickfunnels, used GoHighLevel)
- Has built landing pages (on Wordpress & Unbounce)
- Has used heatmap/analytics tools such as Mouseflow to optimize websites/landing pages
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRO strategies and tools
- Understanding of website design and functionality, especially as it relates to patient engagement and conversion
- Can analyze landing pages, website pages, analyze the flow, scroll rate, click through rate, etc of a landing page

## Additional Requirements

- Excellent communication skills to present findings and strategies to stakeholders
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on company needs
- Demonstrated experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
