Identify potential homebuyers and engage with them to generate interest in our properties.
Build relationships with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information about available properties.
Secure contractual commitments from interested buyers and ensure a smooth transition to the title company for further processing.
Collaborate with the title company to manage the contract and ensure all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
