About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative / Operation Assistant to join our team and partner closely with us. This role will manage scheduling, customer interactions, financial books, and admin related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and
Schedule appointments for walk-throughs
Help with administrative tasks when phones are not ringing- Preparing invoicing, Data entry for quotes, Creating Folders in google drive for new clients, data entry from jobber into excel for payroll. Drafting quotes.
Qualifications:
Very Good to Excellent English communication skills. American Accent a huge plus.
Generally good with handling customer support and understanding processes
No required years of experience - the more, the better
Knowledge of Jobber (CRM system) is nice to have
