Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with guests and staff over the phone, providing top-notch service.
Manage reservations, inquiries, and communications across platforms like Airbnb and hotel systems.
Utilize tools like Cloudbeds, Hostaway, Notion, and Slack to ensure efficiency and organization.

Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication, comfortable with phone interactions with guests and staff.
Hospitality experience, particularly with hotels or Airbnb.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving.
Eager to learn and adapt, with a team-oriented approach.
Available for 7 or 8-hour shifts, 7 AM to 10 PM Central US time.
Reliable computer, smartphone for work, and strong internet connection.
No need to be an expert on our tools, but must be willing to learn and become proficient.
