Customer Service Manager

We need an experienced customer service manager for our email customer service and order processing/workflow.

We are a custom printed products business producing clothing and homewares for customers on a custom print basis.

Each day you will be reviewing the customers email, send a price quote to the customer and responding to the customer when they can have their ordered delivered, creating a invoice and processing the order using our standard procedures.

You should have good written English skills and be able to work to a system.

Other tasks include basic admin , input of purchases into accounting system, email contact management using Mailchimp, spreadsheets etc.

If you have skills in some of the following please include on your application : email management / processing, customer service, Trello, Adobe Photoshop (basic), invoice systems / ERP systems, CRM Customer systems etc. Mac / PC Skills.

Full Time Role. Work from Home.

You should have good internet access.
