JOB OVERVIEW

You will be calling targeted leads to offer a powerful delivery solution for them! We are a delivery company that operates like a startup and have exciting initiatives ahead of us this year! Your first goal will be to set as many quality appointments with our Sales team as possible while updating our CRM. After you master appointment setting, the sales pitch and process, we will train you on how to close your own sales and earn more. There’s plenty of room to grow with us!

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to potential business clients through calls, emails and other communication channels.
Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Build and maintain strong business client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
Present the company’s products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
May be required to participate in sales video calls, presenting product demos or addressing client queries.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on call-trends and customer feedback.
Continuously update CRM systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.


Requirements
Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Great communicator and team player.
Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot.
