Facebook Ads Specialist - *Experienced ROCKSTARS Only*

We're looking for a FACEBOOK EXPERT who knows Facebook Ads Manager extremely well and has generated real results for clients.

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

We're looking for a team-oriented individual with experience in lead generation across several industries who can manage and optimize multiple campaigns each day and have the ability to collaborate with copywriters and creative designers.

You will be responsible for analyzing key metrics to quickly assess a campaign and develop strategies to maximize ROAS - including creating lookalike campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and conversion pixels, and improving on strategies over time through continual testing.

Ideal candidates MUST BE COACHABLE and have experience with multiple types of Facebook ad campaigns including lead form ads, messenger ads, carousel ads, collection ads, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike campaigns, and can optimize for conversions, traffic, awareness, leads, or engagement.

Must have at least 1-3 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager and direct response lead generation campaigns.

*Experience with TikTok and/or YouTube ads is a major plus!*
