Real Estate Cold Caller

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to property owners and real estate agents to gauge their interest in selling their properties.
- Build rapport with potential sellers and agents and effectively communicate the benefits of selling through our process.
- Gather relevant information about properties and document details accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to achieve collective goals and targets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing a must
- Strong verbal English communication without strong accent
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay is dependent on level of skill and experience. There is an opportunity to earn bonuses upon successful targets hit.
