No Needle Needed is looking for an experienced media buyer to manage our Facebook ad accounts. The media buyer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to drive leads for our clients' beauty spas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, a passion for data-driven decision making, and a desire to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage approximately Upgrade to see actual info Facebook ad accounts
• Develop and execute advertising strategies to meet specific lead generation goals for each account
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, including analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to improve results

• Collaborate with our video editing team to create high-performing video ads
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new advertising opportunities
• Ensure all campaigns are in line with brand guidelines and adhere to advertising policies

Goals:

• Meet or exceed lead generation targets for each account
• Continuously improve ad account performance and return on ad spend
• Stay within monthly ad spend budget per account.
• Continuously improve and test new advertising strategies and techniques
