The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and experienced in creating captivating hero banners and images for websites. As a Photoshop Expert, you will play a key role in enhancing the visual appeal of our digital assets and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality hero banners, images, and graphics for websites and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Optimize images for web performance and ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Work closely with web developers and content creators to implement designs and ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistently deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design concepts and ideas.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software.
- Demonstrated experience in creating hero banners, images, and graphics for websites.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
