Underwriter / Financial Analyst (Real Estate)

I am looking for someone to help our company underwrite and analyze new potential real estate acquisitions.

We will be looking at new self-storage, industrial, and mobile home parks.

Job description:

- Underwrite new self-storage deals, using our financial model.
- Look at a specific market and determine market rents.
- Make edits and improvements to our financial model if needed.
- Underwrite non-self-storage real estate deals (i.e. industrial, mobile home parks), on own without a template.
- Help with sourcing data of self-storage owners.
- Help with outreach to self-storage owners via email and text.

Requirements

- Degree in finance and/or accounting.
- Past experience building financial models.
- Past experience analyzing real estate acquisitions.

As of now, this is PART TIME and we are estimating 20/hrs a week.
