THE ROLE
The DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST will be in charge of digital marketing strategy and implementation including PPC, SEO, social media management and graphic design. He/She must have a proven track record of growing the online presence of a BPO or remote staffing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation
- Social Media Marketing and Management
- Google Adwords, Analytics
- PPC and SEO
- Graphic Design
- Blog and Content writing

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working for an Australian client (or international clients) is preferred
- 5 years digital marketing experience
- Experience in growing online presence of a BPO or remote staff company required
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
