I hire an SDR for my Advertising Agency

I'm starting a digital marketing agency specializing in Facebook ads in the dentist niche.

I need an SDR who will have the task of contacting and warming up leads to lead them to book a call.

-He will manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media to contact leads
-He will collaborate with me to create outreach scripts
-He will manage customer relationship
-He needs to be willing to go the extra mile, he has to be open-minded and willing to learn
-He must speak English and Italian
-He needs to be honest and transparent
