Hubspot and Mailchimp expert

Looking for an expert in hubspot and mailchimp to help me integrate forms, text messages, emails and automated workflows to unbounce and wordpress.
Must know:
1) how to create multiple segments based on customer interest
2) ensure a smooth workflow of communication to customers (testing all links on each page, testing all journeys for customers ensuring seamless transitions from page to page)
3) come up with ways to better improve the flow on a weekly basis

Must have at least 2 years experience with hubspot and mailchimp.
