We are looking for a creative person that can assist with creating YouTube Thumbnails for our YouTube channel.
The individual needs to understand the idea behind a Thumbnail, we are not looking for someone that is good with graphic design only. The person need to understand the following:

1) How Thumbnails work with the YouTube Algorithm and how that create Impressions. We need to have good impressions

2) How good thumbnail impressions lead to good Click Through Rates

3) Good Click Through Rates, equal view time.
