Brand Approval Calling Specialist for Amazon FBA

OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a skilled Calling Agent (20 hours per week) with prior experience in contacting suppliers and brands, along with some knowledge of Amazon operations.
The main focus will be calling suppliers and brands to establish connections and open wholesale accounts for resale on Amazon USA.

TASKS:

• Initiate calls to brands for obtaining approval for resale on Amazon. (The goal of your call is simple: to obtain a wholesale account and pricelist)

• Conduct follow-ups to nurture and maintain positive relationships with brands.

• Handle any additional business calls as required.


REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Availability to work during United States business hours.
• Previous experience in communication via phone calls and adept at handling incoming calls.
• Familiarity with the Amazon platform.
• Commitment to work 20 hours per week.
• Previous experience in brand communication and Amazon wholesale account management is advantageous
• Past experience working on the Amazon platform.

PROVIDED:


• Access to Skype for making phone calls.
• A brand calling script, along with a recorded mock call, will be provided.


HOURS: 20 hours/week


RATE: $3/ hour ($240/month)
