Cold Caller - (Commission-Based Only)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, and ultimately closing sales.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to succeed.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
