Website Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Website Developer to join our remote team. As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining primarily WordPress websites using Elementor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Proficiency with other website platforms such as Shopify are a bonus. We are looking for someone who can communicate well as we may need to do Zoom calls with you and potentially with clients as well. We would need you to work during our work hours, which are 9am - 5pm CST in the US.

Responsibilities:
Designing and developing WordPress websites using Elementor, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing designs.
Implementing custom functionalities and features using WordPress plugins and themes.
Optimizing website performance, focusing on site speed and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of website development, including content placement, typography, and layout.
Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other tea ---------- mbers to deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
Conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
Staying updated on the latest WordPress trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of industry standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites developed using Elementor as the page builder.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Expertise in optimizing website performance for speed and responsiveness.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
