Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging graphics and visual content for marketing and sales initiatives, including web banners, promotional materials, Google Ads, and LinkedIn banners.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and target audience to create effective design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print marketing materials.
- Manage the entire design process from concept to execution, including ideation, drafting, feedback incorporation, and final delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to apply innovative design solutions.
- Work within project timelines and budget constraints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve existing marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Test graphics across various media and adjust designs as necessary based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Figma needed design tools.
- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability, and originality in visual design.
- Strong understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills tE work effectively with english speaking cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising strategies.
