We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer - Lead Generator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for our Start-up Digital Marketing Company.
Responsibilities:

-Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand.
-Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
-Utilize social media advertising platforms to reach target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
-Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
-Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
