GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & Workflows Specialist

We’re a growing digital agency that builds and optimizes marketing, sales, and client?management systems using GoHighLevel. We need a versatile GHL pro to design, implement, and test custom automations and workflows for our clients—and potentially manage future sub?accounts on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
Build end to end automations and workflows across the entire GHL platform (CRM, pipelines, funnels, memberships, surveys, etc.)
Leverage Custom Objects to create scalable, efficient solutions
Test, troubleshoot, and refine automations to ensure reliability
Document your processes and share clear instructions for hand off
Collaborate with our team to translate client needs into GHL implementations

Qualifications
Proven, hands on experience with GoHighLevel (all modules, not just funnels or websites)
Strong understanding of triggers, conditions, multi step actions, and custom objects
Excellent problem?solving skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator in English—able to explain technical concepts simply
Self starter who can manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
