Cold Caller/Phone Sales

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, and initiating sales conversations. Your goal will be to identify qualifying leads, schedule appointments and close sales for our company.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new leads and sales.
2. Communicate product/service offerings and value propositions to prospects.
3. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
4. Make follow up calls and schedule appointments for our team.
5. Make and maintain accurate records of the interactions and lead status in our microsoft excel system.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
5. Familiarity with CRM software, excel spreadsheets and lead management processes.
6. High school diploma; degree in business or a related field is a plus.
