DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, and set clear team goals
3. Focus on customer service, which typically involves responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels & acknowledging and resolving customer complaints (voice/email)
4. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions; processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics; delegate tasks and set deadlines
6. Discover training needs and provide coaching
7. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
8. Set targets, prepare reports, and Motivate the team
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years experience in supervising a Customer Service team
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Virtual Assistant experience in Customer Service is required
- Experience in SalesForce, Asana or similar CRM is a MUST!
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Dynamic, articulate, highly resourceful, analytical, and creative.
- Flexible – Willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed
- Customer-focused – Someone who is willing to go the extra mile for their customers
- Resilient – Can work with less supervision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
- Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change
