Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who is happy to manage and speak directly with Australian clients.

The role will begin at 10 hours per week but can quickly grow to 40 hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Xero and MYOB.

Qualifications:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
- Proven experience with Xero and MYOB accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
