We’re looking for a highly motivated, young professional to work closely with our team — starting from 10-20 hours per week, with flexible remote working


Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
• Reposting Content: Help repost photos, videos, and create captivating captions for all social media platforms
• Ongoing Engagement Handle day-to-day activities on IG, X, Snapchat and TikTok, including comments/dms/IG Channel.
• Scheduling and Planning: Create posting calendar for multiple platforms and utilize Airtable
• Analytics and Insights: Monitor metrics to improve engagement and growth
• Research: Identify trends, competitors, and strategies
• Administrative Support: Manage emails and day-to-day tasks, books travel for influencer, including calendar management, office supply orders, and makes appointments for influencer.

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, flexible, organized, efficient, and performs well in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.

Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently. Capable of taking initiative without direction.
• Have your own home office set up with stable internet connection
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and values
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
