Fractional Customer Support Specialist

Hi there! We are looking for a Fractional CX Specialist, who can help us grow a Florida-based e-commerce brand in the boating industry, by answering potential clients questions (chatbot, email, etc) and comments on social media (Facebook / Instagram). Some of these questions may be a little technical, so you need to learn about our brand and product.

We don't get a lot of questions every day (probably around 5). Hence the reason why we need someone who works in a "Fractional" way. Hopefully this will turn full-time in the future.
