Phone Operator & Customer Service Agent

We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing task
- Take inbound sales calls, customer requests, and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
- Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
- Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow-up with the leads.
- Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

This is a full-time position. You need to have EXCELLENT English skills. We are looking for little to no accent as well. If you have a very thick accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Work Hours are 5-7 days a week 7 am-8 pm CDT (We will d ---------- on our schedule after your interview)
