3D Architectural Rendering with Lumion

Minimum of 4 years experience in creating photo realistic renderings with Lumion.

Being able to create photo realistic renderings with Lumion is required for this position.
1. Exterior residential homes
2. Interior residential homes
3. Photo match renderings.

Additional skills that would be a plus but not required.
1. Rendered animations in Lumion.
2. SoftPlan experience.
3. Construction plan drafting experience.

You must have experience with U.S. construction methods and standards. Looking for long term career focused person. Our company also offers construction drawings, experience in these areas is a plus.
