Job Description:
As a Business Development Rep, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our services, and set appointments for our sales team. This role requires exceptional verbal communication abilities to convey our value proposition effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers following a provided calling script
- Articulate our offerings clearly and persuasively to capture interest
- Overcome objections and address concerns with confidence
- Set qualified appointments for presentations with our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all call activities in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Native-level English fluency with excellent diction and a confident speaking voice
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred
- Ability to handle rejection with poise and persistence
- Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs
- Attention to detail and add "I'm the one" to your subject line
- Motivated self-starter with a drive to achieve daily/weekly targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace suite
