JOB OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive usage, lead generation, and conversion on the online platform of the company, drive client acquisition, and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee digital marketing content creation and campaigns, and implement competitive strategies for distribution and placements across digital channels including social media, websites, lead generation, and ads. These include programs in social media marketing, SEO, search engine marketing, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Oversee, strategize, and manage customer journeys on websites, social platforms, and other active channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital platforms, marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvement on campaigns and platform design client interface, and maximize digital channels for client acquisition and lead generation.
• Actively manage the functional performance platform and lead funnel performance leveraging on a data-first approach.
• Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to optimize conversion.
• Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and optimized allocation of resources and positive return on investment, and the accreditation of suppliers and compliance to internal controls and external rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, functionality and customer interface, content, development, and monitoring, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing and channel management initiatives, and ensure that these meet objectives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and best practices in digital marketing and digital platform performance management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Communications.
• Knowledge and expertise in Digital Marketing, Growth Analyst roles, or relevant digital performance analysis roles.
• Proven track record of growing conversion volume within cost per acquisition target.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience responsible for Digital marketing outcomes working within BPO outsourcing, staff augmentation, and offshore industry.
• Experience with project management.
• Handled a fast-growing startup or technology business.
