Client Sales Representative (B2B) - Direct Placement Recruiting Agency

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Sales Representative to join our direct placement recruiting agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and outbound business development within the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Research and identify your own leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Make 65 or more outbound calls per day.
Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and email effectively to develop prospects and secure new business.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with client needs.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales at a direct placement recruiting agency.
Successful outbound business development experience in the USA.
Ability to research and identify your own leads.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and email to develop prospects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
