SEO Assistant - Full-time, Great Pay, Culture and Benefits!

This is a full-time position with 31 annual vacation days (including local public holidays). Wages are paid twice monthly via Wise, and we cover the transfer fees. We have a growing majority Filipino team with a supportive, ambitious, and collaborative culture.

We're looking for a new SEO Assistant to join us in creating success for our clients. Our clients are top-performing residential real estate agents in Canada, and lead generation is always their goal.

You do not need a lot of SEO experience or knowledge, as everything we ask you to do will be well-documented and training is available! What we value more is your communicative ability and eagerness to get results.

To qualify for this role, you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English. Our ideal candidate would also be available for 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and we offer flexible working hours. Enjoy the freedom to work at your most comfortable time!

In this role, you will be working on the following based on our instructions:
- SEO tool setup, use, and monitoring.
- Finding new link opportunities.
- Researching new websites with link opportunities.
- Negotiating link-building opportunities over email.
- Working with our content team to create content to be posted online.
- Other SEO tasks as assigned.

We're looking for someone with the following attributes:

- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous agency experience is considered an asset.
