Experienced SEO Expert Needed

I am looking for a full time SEO employee who is experienced, aggressive, and can do a great job for me.

I want someone who already knows how to do SEO, I am NOT interested in training you how to do it. You will receive instructions about what I want you to do, but I am also very open to your ideas on how we should rank our websites.

I have quite a few websites that I need SEO work done for every month, if you are able to get the sites ranked, I will be happy to give you a bonus and raises. To put it simply, the better a job you do for me, the more money I am willing to pay you.

I may want to hire more SEO employees in the future to help manage more and more websites.

Here are some of the skills required:

- Has their own computer and highspeed Internet connection.
- Good communication
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype.
- Has a PayPal account.
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.
- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)

HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Knows how to do effective white-hat SEO
- Can index and rank any website in Google
- Can generate white-hat backlinks to a website quickly
- Is simply great at all aspects of seo

I want you to be a part of my team for practically forever, if you do a great job I will be happy to give you a raise very soon.

Good communication is a requirement. I have worked with overseas employees in the past and when they disappear I become very unhappy and do not want to pay them.

If you have an emergency, or your internet goes down I will be understanding, but if this happens a lot and I feel that you are being dishonest, then I will be looking for a new employee.

I expect you to be working for me a full 40+ every week and I will pay you by the hour, so submitting reports to me is another requirement.

If you do not submit any reports to me, and I don't feel as if work is getting done, I will have a problem paying you.
