Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our retail operations team through video review and operational compliance monitoring across multiple store locations.

This role plays an important part in protecting company assets, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring consistent operational execution across stores.

Key Responsibilities

Review recorded security footage across retail locations on a structured schedule

Identify potential safety, security, or operational compliance issues

Document findings clearly in structured reports

Flag i ---------- that require leadership review

Track patterns and trends to support operational improvement

Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail

High integrity and professionalism

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Clear written English communication skills

Comfortable reviewing video footage for extended periods

Experience in security monitoring, QA review, or operations analysis is a plus

Compensation & Structure

Full-time role (40+ hours per week)

Fixed monthly compensation
